These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, and premises of Newhall Commons Barbershop & Studios (“Newhall Commons,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking services, or visiting our location, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Use of Website
Our website is provided for informational purposes, appointment scheduling, and communication. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or systems

  • Interfere with the website’s functionality or security

  • Use content without permission

We may suspend or restrict access for misuse.

2. Services & Independent Professionals
Newhall Commons operates as a barbershop and studio community.

  • Many services are provided by independent barbers and beauty or wellness professionals, not employees of Newhall Commons.

  • Independent professionals are solely responsible for their services, pricing, licenses, insurance, scheduling, and client outcomes.

  • Newhall Commons does not supervise, control, or guarantee the services provided by independent professionals.

Booking a service constitutes acknowledgment of this independent relationship.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments are scheduled directly with individual service providers.

  • Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies are determined by each provider.

  • Newhall Commons is not responsible for disputes related to individual appointment policies.
     

4. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

  • Payments for services are made directly to the service provider unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

  • Newhall Commons does not process payments for independent providers.

  • Each provider maintains their own policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and service concerns. Newhall Commons does not process payments or issue refunds for services provided by independent professionals.

5. Studio Rentals & Professional Use
Studio spaces may be rented or leased by independent professionals under separate agreements.

  • Studio use is governed by individual rental agreements.

  • Independent professionals must comply with all applicable California laws, licensing, health, safety, and insurance requirements.

  • Newhall Commons reserves the right to manage the premises to maintain professional standards and safety.
     

6. Health, Safety & Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a clean, respectful, and professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual for:

  • Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior

  • Harassment or discrimination

  • Health or safety concerns

This applies to both clients and professionals.
 
7. Community Events & Give-Back Programs
Participation in community events, promotions, or give-back initiatives is voluntary and subject to availability. Newhall Commons may modify or discontinue programs at any time.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, images, and materials are the property of Newhall Commons unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
 
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Website availability or accuracy

  • Services provided by independent professionals

  • Outcomes or results of any service
     

10. Limitation of Liability (California-Appropriate)
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Newhall Commons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Services provided by independent professionals

  • Personal injury, property loss, or damages occurring on the premises, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct

Some limitations may not apply under California law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Newhall Commons from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or interactions with independent professionals.
