By booking a service, you acknowledge that you are entering into a relationship directly with the independent professional providing that service.

Any concerns or disputes regarding services should first be directed to the individual provider. Newhall Commons is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or performance of services provided by independent businesses operating within our facility.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments are scheduled directly with individual service providers.

Each independent professional establishes their own policies regarding:

  • Scheduling

  • Rescheduling

  • Cancellations

  • No-shows

  • Late arrivals

Newhall Commons is not responsible for disputes regarding appointment policies established by individual providers.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for services are made directly to the individual service provider unless otherwise stated.
 

Each provider independently establishes:

  • Pricing

  • Accepted payment methods

  • Cancellation policies

  • Refund policies
     

Newhall Commons does not process payments for independent professionals and is not responsible for payment disputes, billing issues, or refunds relating to services provided by independent businesses.

5. Studio Rentals

Studio spaces may be leased or rented by independent professionals under separate rental agreements.

Studio tenants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including licensing, insurance, health, and safety requirements.

Newhall Commons reserves the right to manage and maintain the premises to support a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for all visitors and tenants.

6. Health, Safety & Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a clean, respectful, and professional environment.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any individual to leave the premises if their behavior:

  • Threatens the safety of others

  • Is disruptive or abusive

  • Involves harassment or discrimination

  • Violates applicable laws

  • Creates health or safety concerns
     

This policy applies to visitors, clients, tenants, and independent professionals.
