11. Independent Professionals & Data Responsibility
Newhall Commons operates as a shared workspace and does not employ the barbers, stylists, estheticians, or beauty and wellness professionals who operate within the premises.
Each barber or beauty professional:

  • Operates as an independent business owner

  • Maintains their own client relationships

  • Is solely responsible for their own client data, booking systems, payments, records, communications, and privacy practices
     

Newhall Commons does not collect, store, manage, or control client personal information collected by individual studio tenants or chair renters, whether online or in person. Clients who interact directly with independent professionals should review and direct any privacy-related questions or requests to that professional.
